This post closes our exposure of the man and the scam and reports our efforts to cancel GorillaMillions. If you read our short post regarding the use of Credit Cards online then you will understand herein how this man and his scam keeps on taking your money even after you cancel the account. In my case, I canceled four accounts.

What I would do is call Steve or any of his friends, I hear he is a good friend of Tom At Veretekk and Linda at HomeWorkers International, if he is good friends with people who are THAT GOOD, how can he be a SCAMMER?
I wonder how you others feel about using contempt prior to investigation, one of the most heinous crimes NOT EVEN GOOD ENOUGH to get into the BIBLE! Shame on you!

Its quite unfair how totally legitimate programs get lumped in with all the rubbish out there. I have been investing in online businesses for over 5 years and honestly feel that BigMoneyPro and Steve Sigman are the most honest, trustworthy people I've ever met online. Yes another example of the man, company express and bigmoneypro representing himself. He must have got ticked off about the above post because he made a second post and quoted the same post with his attitude post.

Someone should have told him that in business and life “Attitude is Everything?
Case in Point – Gorilla Millions (the $.25 sucker bait)
In business, if you really are in business and concerned for your business, your reputation, your credibility as such, it is normal to have a complaint occasionally. It is how you handle that complaint that can make that customer, client or affiliate a lifelong participant of yours. I call it damage control.
In one of lives online, I joined Gorilla Millions for a $.25 and brought my wife, mother in law and sister in law along. Of course, I paid their way in and the $19.95 monthly fees.
The program did not require and downline to make money, so bringing a small downline should have entitled me to the fast start bonuses offered. Wrong!
Again, according to Sigman (the BigMoneyPro) His response to another victim That's why they have something called a "Help Desk". Help Desk, get it? Log in try that once in a while instead of crying like a baby.
Well, of course I used the support systems in place and made several inquiries (times 4). The months passed, as they do, and we qualified for the Loyalty Bonuses (that the one for being suckers for 1 year or more)
Again, no one responded to our inquires times 4 members. So using Sigman’s recommendation did not work as suggested.
In fact we only heard from admin initially when we received several autoresponder messages to motivate us to upgrade from a $.25 free look to a full member at $19.95 per month again times four (4).
Upgraded August 2008. Loyalty bonuses earned after 1 year. No payment of any kind, included requests for the loyalty bonuses were ever paid or received. Canceled September 2009 and immediately got a reply from admin, which reads as follows

How can my team and I miss something that we never received while we were paying members?

As you can see, they are aware that I have submitted support tickets and have not received any payments – yet they did nothing. My only communication since joining over a year ago was an automatic email upon my cancellation advising me of all the benefits that I have forfeited.
In an earlier post: Use of Credit Cards Online. If you use a credit card directly, rather than through paypal, alert or one of the others, check to see if credit card handles a dispute or if they leave it up to you and the vendor?

Because once your cancel your submission to the program, it does not stop your payments?
Remember the cancellation email said:

The credit card I used was an international card, but it originated in Malaysia. Therefore, it seems that policies vary for the same credit card company for country to country. That is, some with act in your behalf in the case of a dispute and in other cases, they leave the matter of resolution between you and the vendor.
Advice: Check with your credit card issuer and see what their policy is. Apparently, Sigman, Company Express and GorrilaMillions are aware of the differences and keep taking your money if you use the wrong card.
Why because, when you ask them for help as offered in their cancellation email, they do nothing. Again, no reply and they just keep depositing the money.
This is February 2010, and they have continued to bank in my payments for all 4 team embers since September. Neither Sigman, or any of his staff have responded to any inquires, nor have they assisted in canceling the payments.
Only Solution: cancel the credit card
I have said it before; the scammers will hook you, take all of your money and offer no assistance in mitigating your losses. I guess that why Sigman is BigMoney Pro and I at age 71, (who was it that said) “there is no fool like an old fool?
Summary of this 2-part submission:
What good are guarantees if you cannot get an answer to your support or help inquires?
Test the support system or help desk early, because if you take too long to identify a problem, gateways like PayPal cannot help you recover or mitigate your losses
Cut your losses and get out of the program if one or two inquires go un-answered
Do your own due diligence on the man and his companies, before you join. The red flags will not be raised on new programs which according to one guru; he can put up 15 programs a day.
So to protect yourself, if you tend to read and believe the hype and guaranties; then the only solution that I am aware of is the check the company through “whois.com” and check the man. If the man is Sigman, or if the record is protected and marked “private” – then Save Your Money.
Do not believe everything you read, because the testimonies for a program may very well come from the man himself, as demonstrated by Sigman
Check your credit card policy to see if the credit card company acts in your behalf, if not use a card that does. Do not expect the scammers to help you stop the payments. You may also note that many companies do not use PayPal. PayPay will help you with a timely dispute, such as non-delivery, influence the vendor to give you a refund and perhaps cut-of the vendor if there are enough complaints.

Earlier, I let you be the judge of this posts as to whether these were a scam. One of the forums told me that it is hard to identify a scammer, because there are two sides to every story. Probably true, but if the suspect scammer does not respond to legitimate inquires, or tells you to “stop crying like a baby”, then what to think. I believe we have established the man and his programs are a scam that will even keep on ticking if you use the wrong credit card.
